Advance registration is closed; you may call the CPA office at (312) 380-6789 to receive the onsite registration form for the week of May 18-22 or stop by the registration desk in the Platinum Ballroom foyer at the Marriott Anaheim.
CANCELLATION CLAUSE
Cancellation of registration must be directed in writing to the CPA headquarters officer.
Cancellation Refund Policy is as follows.
Before May 15, 2009 $50 cancellation fee
After May 15, 2009 $75 cancellation fee
CPA reserves the right to interpret, amend and enforce the Cancellation Clause as set forth herein.
